A Christmas game starring your sister
A sister's Christmas present is the road trip playlist as a boss. Her face on the hero, hair ties for weapons, and taunts about the sweater she still has and the story you are not allowed to tell at dinner. It takes two minutes to make and it is the present she talks about.
Send the link on Christmas Eve or put the QR code in her card. The win message is the real thing, with confetti. She will play it with your mother, who will also want one.
Example: Maya vs The Christmas Playlist, playing itself. Tap to take over. Yours has their face and your jokes.

- The Road Trip Playlist · four hours, one album
- Your Mother · the boss you share
Jokes that land
Three inside jokes become the taunts. For a sister, think the road trip playlist, the sweater she never gave back, or the birthday she forgot and pretended she had not. You can rewrite every line.

On the day
Put the QR code in the card under the tree, or in the cracker, and let them scan it at the table with everyone watching. For a stocking, the printed postcard is the physical version: game on the front, your note and a scan-to-play code on the back, posted to a US or Canadian address. Order by mid-December to be safe.
The photo
A photo she likes. Hair over the forehead cuts out fine. Sunglasses do not.
Difficulty
Normal takes a few tries, which is the point. Easy if they are likely to give up after one loss.
Questions people ask
- Will it work on Christmas morning on the family wifi?
- The game is small and runs in the phone browser. Once the link has opened it keeps playing without a connection, so a slow one only delays the first load.
- Can she edit it after?
- Only the person who made it can change the lines, from the device it was made on. She can play it as many times as she likes.
- What photo works best?
- A clear head-and-shoulders shot on a plain background. Selfies are fine. Group photos are not, since we cut out one person.
- Can I change it after publishing?
- You can edit the lines and message from the same device you made it on. Sprites are fixed once published.
